About Tamil Nadu Housing Board Scheme (TNHB) 2024
The government of Tamil Nadu’s Housing and Urban Development Department is in charge of overseeing and managing the operations of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. In Tamil Nadu, the Tamil Nadu Homes Board has established itself as a trailblazing institution for the distribution of affordable houses to all societal groups. The TNHB has submitted applications for the allotment of plots in the Valavanthankottai project site, sites in Navalpattu Phases 1 and 2, plots under the area development scheme, and plots elsewhere. The Navalpattu phase I site received the greatest allotment of plots—about 205—of the four sites. Approximately 96 plots were distributed to recipients using the manual lot system in phase II, which is close to the phase I site in Navalpattu.
The following round of allocation will take place in December. When compared to other project sites, Navalpattu project sites had a substantial increase in demand because of TNHB’s promotion, which highlighted the project location’s proximity to the Trichy-Pudukottai NH, the ordnance factory, and the Trichy IT park.
