On 16th Of November 2022, the CM of Odisha Naveen Patnaik introduced Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar Yojana 2024 to acknowledge academic success and to promote healthy competition among public schools. During the closing ceremony of the State Level Children’s Day Celebration, the chief minister announced that awards totaling Rs. 100 crores will be granted annually to school kids, educational institutions, administrators, instructors, and school management committees for obtaining educational excellence. About Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar Yojana 2024
A new yojana has been introduced by the Odisha CM for all participants in the mass education system, including deserving students and primary and secondary school instructors called Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar Yojana. The yojana is announced with the motive of providing 100 Crore rs to the schools for better infrastructure and education. The yojana will assist around 50,000 students, 1,500 administrators, school management committees, sarpanches, and alumni. The primary goal of the 5T transformation of schools is to prepare pupils to face the challenge of time. Most of the awards will fall into one of two categories. The first is personal recognition, whereas the second is recognition from an organization. There will be three subcategories for students. Three scholarships will be available: one for qualified students, one for students who show leadership potential and thrive in extracurricular and extracurricular activities, and one for deserving but financially disadvantaged students.

Eligibility Criteria
