Through this portal, citizens can apply for a construction certificate, reconstruction certificate, DPC certificate, occupancy certificate, etc online. Now citizens are not required to visit any government offices to approve their building plan. As this can be done online from the comfort of their home with the help of an official website. Procedure To Register On HOBPAS Website Online

Step 1: To apply for a building approval plan all the beneficiaries must apply online. If you are applying on the portal for the first time then you have to begin with the registration. To register you have to go to the official portal.

Step 2: The login page will appear on your screen. On the space, you have to click on the register option. After that, a new page will appear on your screen

Step 3: you will be asked to identify yourself. For this purpose, you have to provide your name, date of birth, contact details etc. After that, you have to click on the save option to proceed

Step 4: on successful completion of the registration form a pop-up will appear which will indicate that the account has been created. To activate the account beneficiaries will have to go to the registered email address and click on the system-generated activation link.

  • Normal application- normal application is generally submitted for low-risk categories. For normal application plotted residential and commercial sites having a maximum permissible height of up to 15 m and an area of up to 1000 square metres will be considered
  • Fastrack application- Fastrack applications will be considered for industrial buildings. Fastrack applications are approved automatically without document verification, NOC submission and site inspection

Procedure To Do Building Plan Application for TCPO

  • You have to click on the connect option to proceed with TCPO
  • To add the property details beneficiaries are required to click on add a new property
  • Now you have to select your district and office and after that, you have to click on the next
  • Few instructions will appear on your screen. You have to read these instructions very carefully and click on the next
  • A new page will appear on your screen where you can choose the type of land that is weather-licensed or CLU
  • After that, you have to proceed to go and find the details populated in the fields.
  • Now you have to select your licence number and click on add
  • After that, you have to accept the declaration and enter the password
  • Now you have to click on proceed
  • After that, a new page will appear on your screen
  • On this page, you have to click on the view button to assign a building permit consultant
  • After that, you have to assign the building permit consultant and submit the building permit application
